Great hotel, excellent service!

Stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of the agent at Hotels.com. She was right, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Loved the 4 feather pillows on each bed with extras if we needed them. Breakfast was just as expected, the usual hot breakfast, which was perfect for my family. We would definitely stay here again. Great serviced apartment hotel in San Ramon

I was very pleased with my stay here at Sierra Suites. My husband, one year old son and myself stayed in a king studio, which was a bit cramped, but it was one night so it was fine. Read more

Diamond in the rough...

I've stayed in 4 other hotels near Dulles airport and this one by far is the best. It's brand new which always helps, but if they keep up the good work they will soon be a Dulles favorite. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly both check in and out. The breakfast in the morning is one of the VERY best I've ever had at a hotel. The made to order omelets were wonderful and they serve Starbucks coffee... Read more

We Will Be Back!!!

This hotel is the best place to stay with kids or without!! It is very new and everything is fresh and clean. The beds are the best better than Hyatt, Marriot or Hilton's! The manager was very nice--Phil was outstanding. The check-in people were very nice and friendly. We will definitely be coming back here!!! Read more

Everything you need and more

I stayed at the Sierra Suites for 1 night to attend a wedding in Parsippany. I was shocked to find everything you could imagine in my room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. There was a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, dishes, dishtowels, etc. The price they gave us for the wedding party was also terrific at $90 per night. They had free shuttle service to and from the wedding venue which was very convenient, especially if you planned to drink... Read more

Stayed at property for three nights on business. Upon arriving at San Jose airport we called the hotel to inquire about shuttle service and were informed that the hotel shuttle was not operating but that they would pay for our cab fair! This was very unexpected and a very nice touch... Read more
